• Ready-Made and Custom Products: We offer a variety of products, including ready-made decks, playmats, accessories, and custom-made items. Custom-made items are unique to your specifications and are non-returnable unless there is a defect that was the result of our production process.
• Quality and Expectations: We take pride in offering high-quality products that meet your expectations. If you have concerns about your order, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product.

3. Pricing and Payments

• All prices are listed in EGP (Egyptian Pounds) and are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of your order is final.
• Payment options include Vodafone Cash, Intapay, and other available payment methods.
• Shipping Costs: A shipping fee of 30 EGP per shipment applies to all orders. This fee is non-refundable if you request a return or refund.

4. Order Confirmation and Delivery

• Once your order is placed, we will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm the details.
• Please ensure your contact information is accurate to avoid any delays in processing and delivering your order.
• Delivery times vary based on your location and the type of product ordered (e.g., custom-made items may take longer). We will provide estimated delivery times, but delays can occur.

5. Return and Refund Policy

• Eligibility: We accept returns for unused, non-custom products within 2 days of receiving the order. Customized orders are non-returnable unless there is a defect or error caused by us.
• Shipping Costs: If you request a return or refund, all shipping fees will be deducted from the total refund amount. Returns are subject to approval and must be in their original condition.
• Refund Process: Refunds are issued via Vodafone Cash or Intapay within 5 days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the process to complete.

• We organize events, including tournaments and meetups. Participation in these events may be subject to specific terms that will be communicated to you at the time of registration.
